"TLDR: Terrible customer service, complete bungling of paperwork, causing additional charges. Detail: My first time working with State Farm for auto insurance, though I have carried auto insurance in Florida for 20 years. As was my standard I applied for the quote online with State Farm, not through the agent. I was assigned to this agent. From the beginning, this agent bungled my quote, failed to request the required documentation from me, delayed processing my documentation so that I have been overcharged, promised to rectify the same, and completely failed to do so or accept any responsibility for it. The first level personnel at this agent office have been very nice, but were not able to resolve the issues despite hours of phone calls, emails, and physically mailed documents. The manager at this office refuses to accept any responsibility, interrupts, talks over the customer, and gets confrontational when one stands one's ground as to the ultimate responsibility for any issues. I have filed a formal complaint with State Farm, and intend to look into options for filing a complaint with the state insurance commission. Baseline: This agent will screw up your policy, costing you money, many hours of lost time, and then refuse any responsibility for the correction."

"I couldn't agree more with the previous review. We have been a long time State Farm customers. We moved from NC to Palm Coast in Nov and wanted to simply transfer our coverage. We dealt with multiple people to accomplish this. They would not return calls or emails promptly. It appeared to us that no one specifically could help us, despite all the paperwork we provided. It was simply home and auto coverage, nothing complicated. After almost 3 months of this chaos and uncertainty, we finally cancelled our coverage ."
